Not exactly fresh hot stuff from the oven this season...carried away from a couple of seasons- Dr. Martens is most famous for their line of footwear. You might fondly refer to them as Doc Martens or Docs. You also might recognise them from a mile away thanks to their distinct black laced-up high tops and air-cushioned soles.

Docs never really became a full-blown frenzy, though it did establish itself as an alternate staple for decades to come. It was consistently worn and appreciated by the underground scene, right up to the 1990s when it symbolised grunge.

Much like your standard pair coverse.Docs also played an influential role to the music and fashion scene.

While the traditional Dr. Martens 8-hole boot has endured a long history with strong associations with various subcultures, the iconic boot has seen some new-age transformations over the last few seasons.(above)

My fav of the lot-the punk lookin boots is actually available at somerset 313 for those who are keen.

From really disturbing loud designs to rather subtle basic looking footwear.

i suggest you consider branching out from the standard black and try an unexpected color or pattern in a style that will work well with your wardrobe:)

Rainbow Connection Blooper

Our attempt in singing rainbow connection....

we had a couple of takes ,made countless blunder...before we eventually had a good one.

BUT..nah i'm NOT planning to post e final take,but rather the first virgin take with blooper...who gives a damn abt perfect pitch.(pierre's e one with voice)

so kindly save ur enraged and angry comments..because we are NOT professional singers,we did it outta boredom and its meant for a gd laugh.

Once again Medicom Toy presents a fun line-up of new versions of its iconic Bearbrick toy.

My personal favorites include the 1- safari version, 2-the plant version and of course the 3-Mr. Spock Bearbrick.(in fav order)

The Family Trip

So i was in bkk with my family.

i cant rem how many times i've visited the land of smiles but i honestly do love bkk cept i wish i could bring someone along this time.
if the skies fall..one may hope to catch larks

the things that companied my boring journey..along with a heart that really just wants to be with someone in sg.

whats bangkok without feasting on e amazing food.
one of my fav chinese restaurant which i go back to every bkk trip.

i discovered it with daryl some time ago and love it since then.

they even had pics of us,coolness.

so i also saw a natalie portman lookalike in e plane.

i think she's totally the kinda gal i think is hotness.
it was a gd short getaway..

i love such family trips..lotsa bonding going on.

for now its back to the comfort of my bed in sg.

With Nicolas Ghesquiere at the helm of French luxury brand Balenciaga, the brand has come back really strong in recent years.

The mens collection has also been nicely developed over the last seasons.

The sneaker line-up of Balenciaga has become more bold for Spring/Summer 2010 and consists of a couple of high top sneakers, featuring different premium materials and colors on the upper. In contrast to that they also offer tonal white leather high top.

For men the high fashion brand introduces a series of tonal studded(the kickass punk studded items)wallets that look pretty nice, next to some more classic pieces, that we have already seen in previous seasons.

Different faces of the blackberry part 2

i know right...i'm gettin alil obsessive with these blackberry covers.

its almost like i need one to match with every outfit.

i think i prolly have hundreds of such covers if i was using a iphone.That being said..i hope iphone 4g(2010) will have a total revamp and i might just cross over to the dark side again.

until then..i'll stick to my blackberry and htc.

Puma presents their new Manga Pack. The pack consists of the 917 Lo, the 917 Mid and the El Rey slip-on. All three sneakers comes with extensive graphics over the upper, as well as the in-sole and lining, inspired by the Japanese Manga art.
