Wet paint..Do not touch (part 2) -The painter dudes

i've always love COLOURS but my previous room had a black wall.

not that i'm complaining abt the black wall,but i wanted to ornamental it by injecting colours into it.

my intial intention was to get a gd graffiti artist...but had a change of mind.

since is my room...i decide to personally paint,daub and design it myself,with the help of my bestie duncan of cus.

painting cant be too difficult for two young men no?

anyhow duncan is prob the best and ideal person to look for..since he has always been very inventive and definitely the artisan among the trio.

so here we go!pardon our humble work since we are no craftsmen.


first we got the paint colours ready....
it was actually not as bold and vibrant as what we expected it to be :(
but we did not give it up and carried on.

my bestie who needs no further introduction.

next up is to google and search for the images and ideas.

i kinda know what i wanted...a tad of pop art.hence i start to brainstorm for more ideas.

zouk cards proved to be useful.

after duncan selected and drew some designs....

we started cutting the shapes and pictures we wanted.

now its time to daub the background black.

after e paint dried....u gotta peel those paper off.

i actually like the black and white effect too:)

however after much consideration...we decided that we should still stick to the original plan and throw the colours in..

so we started painting the inside of those blank outlines.....

the rocket is prob the biggest headache.

and yes...the trio had to put our names on it.

It may not be that professional but its afterall our first time doing this,so i am proud of duncan and myself.

jeremy was wking so he was unable to lend a helping hand.

anw its my own wall ..so the fact that it looked like its done by amateurs adds more flavour to it.

i want the room to be my sweat and effort.
